An edge that has to be re-earned by prediction every day isn't much of an edge.
We don't forecast. We build systems that don't need us to — systems that turn structure, discipline, and time into a return that doesn't rest on calling the next move.
Those systems are held to what they can be shown to do, not what we hope they do. When the conditions they were built for stop holding, they change. We plan for that from the start.

Alpha is the short version. This is the practice underneath it.
We build what we trade on. Borrowed systems carry borrowed assumptions, and only the part you built yourself compounds.
A strategy earns its place against hard testing and an outside review before it sees a dollar. The results that flatter us get the closest look, not the benefit of the doubt.
Markets move, so the strategies move with them. We keep them under test against live conditions and retune as the evidence changes, on the assumption that anything working today is working on borrowed time.
Each year more of the loop — research, testing, allocation — runs as autonomous agents, and we build for that to continue. People stay where judgment actually decides something, and every agent's reasoning is written down so we can check it.
We owe no one a narrative, so we don't write one. What's here is most of what we say publicly, and that's deliberate.
Each addition changes the firm, so we take our time over it. We look for depth over breadth, evidence that you have built something end to end, and comfort working without much structure around you. Markets experience is welcome, not required.
